Acro (or acro-dance) is the fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Forte's acro program follows the Acrobatic Arts syllabus and is taught by an Acrobatic Arts certified instructor. The only equipment used during class is a variety of mats, which are provided.
Acro increases flexibility and strength. Students learn proper technique and foundations for skills like handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials and more. If you're interested in learning more, descriptions of our classes/levels are below. And if you think Acro could be for you, try a class with us! |
