Studio Policies

Please read the following and help your athlete be ready for success when they come to class!

For Parents/Families:

• Please try not to arrive at the studio more than 15 minutes before your class and try to pick-up your athlete within 15 minutes after the end of class. Repeated tardiness for pick-up will result in a fee. 
• Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.
• No parents, friends or siblings are allowed in the studio rooms unless invited. This is so the teacher can have your athlete's full attention during class and avoid disruptions. 
• If you need to speak with your child's teacher, please call or email to set up an appointment. In order to stay on schedule, we do not have time between classes to speak. However, we are available during our office hours (see below) to help you with any questions/concerns you have! 
• If you chose to drop a class, we require a 30-day written notice via email. You will be responsible for payment until written notice is received.
• We follow Atlanta Public School's decisions on inclement weather school closings. However, you should always use your own judgement when deciding to travel due to weather. If the studio needs to close for any reason, we will confirm via email and social media.

For Students:

• No jewelry or wearable tech is allowed in studio during classes. This includes smart watches, Air Pods, necklaces, bracelets, chokers and more. Stud earrings are ok. 
• No food or drinks other than water inside the studio. Water must be in a bottle with a secure lid. No exceptions!
• Forte Twirl and Dance Studio is not responsible for personal items left out at the studio. Please remind your athlete to label their items and make sure everything is secure in their bags. Items left at the studio will go in the Lost and Found box. Items in the Lost and Found box are periodically donated to charity throughout the year.

Tuesday: 12 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 12 to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 12 to 8 p.m.
Friday: Closed
Weekends: Hours vary, please call studio before arriving! ​
